Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Because items are made to order, please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for processing and production
  • Slightly longer processing times during holidays or high‑volume periods
    You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been submitted to production.
    Shipping Time
    After processing, your order will ship via our fulfillment partners.
    Estimated delivery windows:
  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by region and customs)
    Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
    Shipping Costs
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Carrier rates
    International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
    Order Tracking
    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
    Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
    Lost or Delayed Packages
    If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  2. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early

Digital Products

All Sales Are Final

Because digital items (workbooks, guides, resources, and downloadable content) are delivered instantly, they are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable.

Technical Issues

If you experience a delivery error or cannot access your files, email support@mindmental.co and we’ll make sure you receive what you purchased.


Physical Merchandise (Made to Order)

No Returns for Size, Fit, or Preference

Since each item is created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mindmental.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of what happened

We will send a free replacement at no additional cost.

Need a Different Size?

While we cannot accept returns, we can offer a discounted re‑order if you need a different size or color. This keeps things fair while honoring the made‑to‑order process.

Custom or Personalized Items

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Gifts & Gift Cards

Gifts
If you are sending an item as a gift, the same return and replacement guidelines apply.
Because our physical products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for size, fit, or preference on gifted items.
If a gifted item arrives damaged or incorrect, the recipient (or the purchaser) may contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mindmental.co with:
